You strictly agree NOT to use this service for any fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake receipts to claim fraudulent tax deductions.
• Submitting falsified expense reports to employers or organizations.
• Forging documents for insurance claims or legal disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

The templates, design, and code of ProReceiptMaker are owned by us. However, the data you enter and the resulting receipt images generated are yours to use, subject to the restrictions in Section 2.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProReceiptMaker be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the generated documents.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
